Tecomate Wildlife Systems is pleased to guarantee our products and expect you will enjoy it as much as we do.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement or refund. Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase, accompanied by:

• Receipt or proof of purchase.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Items shipped to Tecomate must be adequately packaged and undamaged to receive full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. Upon approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
